The Nigeria Youth World Council

was initiated in 2020 during the Great Covid era in Nigeria and the world at large but Full set on Formation in 2024 November 11th . It is charged with the responsibility of policy formulation and implementation on issues relating to youth development in Nigeria. It set to be an umbrella body and the mouthpiece of the Nigerian Youths. It began formation and Registered fully 2025 , The NYWN has three branches;

the National, Zonal and the State coordinator/Chairman.
The NYWN is also affiliated to VARIOUS African and Global Youth Organizations and Union. Such as Africa INTERGLOBAL Youth Union , Africa Youth Congress etc …

The NYWN body has been instrumental to many empowerment, scholarship and support programmes since formation in 2024.

The Youth Council is a non‐governmental, non‐partisan, and not‐for‐profit organisation. The council comprises the National Board of council Directors(NBCD) of 12 members, led by a Global president and 37 State Chairmen with Local Government Coordinators.
As an umbrella organization for youth NGOs and youth organizations across the country, the NYWN pursues democratic norms at all times, embraces the principles of accountability and, transparency in all its conduct, and initiates and executes activities that align with the goals of the National Youth Policy

Mission and Vision:
.⁠ ⁠Preserve and promote the sovereignty, unity and progress of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by guaranteeing the security and welfare of the Youth Constituency;

Promote a national polity based on social justice, freedom, equality,
egalitarianism, rule of law, peace and progress of all our people;

Promote a society which guarantees equality of opportunity for all Nigerians free from any form of discrimination;

Encourage the culture of service to humanity as the raison d’etre for participation in politics and to reinvent the polity by promoting the values of Patriotism, Humility in Service for Prosperity, Unity in Diversity, Brotherhood for Peace; Productivity for Self-Reliance; Seless Service for Egalitarianism; and Honesty in Development. To develop Nigerian youth to possess relevant skills that will make them function well in corporate and political environment;

History and Background: The Nigeria Youth World Council was created and initiated by Various Galant Comrades from North, East and Western in 2020 October 20th But fully Announced 2025 March as various Formation was ongoing.
