As the Director of Mechanical, Signal & Communications at the Nigerian Railway Corporation, Engineer Jerry Oche stands at the forefront of technological innovation and mechanical advancement in Nigeria’s railway operations. His vast experience in rolling stock management, communication systems, and rail safety has transformed the way rail transport operates in Nigeria. Engineer Jerry’s legacy includes championing the integration of advanced engineering systems, while mentoring young engineers and advocating for youth-driven solutions in national transport.

Engr. Zainab K. Mamudu: Shaping Nigeria’s Rail Infrastructure with Vision

Engineer Zainab Mamudu, the Assistant Director of Worksat NRC, is a leading civil engineer whose contributions to rail construction and infrastructure rehabilitation have proven vital to the revival and expansion of Nigeria’s railway network. Her technical brilliance, keen eye for detail, and commitment to sustainable engineering have earned her accolades across the sector. Bldr. (Mrs) Joy Mamuromu Otubushin: Advancing Construction Excellence and Youth Empowerment

With over 15 years of trailblazing service in Nigeria’s construction industry, Bldr. (Mrs) Joy Otubushin has made significant contributions to project management, quality assurance, and innovative building solutions. As a woman leading in a male-dominated field, she remains a powerful role model for youth, particularly young women aspiring to succeed in technical professions.
