The Nigeria Youth World Council (NYWC), a dynamic youth-led and self-funded national movement committed to awakening youth potential and catalyzing sustainable development, is proud to announce the formal induction of Builder Joy Mamuromu Otubushin, FNIOB into its esteemed leadership structure.

Bldr. Otubushin has been appointed as an Ambassadorial Member and a distinguished Member of the Board of Council Directors of NYWC — a role reserved for exemplary individuals whose track records in leadership, nation-building, and civic transformation have directly and indirectly uplifted the spirit and substance of youth empowerment in Nigeria.

An accomplished professional and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building (FNIOB), Bldr. Otubushin is the Managing Director of Aumentar Global Concept Ltd, a forward-thinking construction consultancy firm focused on excellence, capacity development, and gender inclusion in the built environment. Her career is marked by strategic execution, national impact, and passionate mentorship, especially of women and young professionals aspiring to enter the technical and leadership domains of Nigeria’s development space.

Her acceptance of this new responsibility within NYWC reinforces the Council’s commitment to building a visionary, intergenerational coalition of thinkers, builders, and doers who understand the urgency of investing in Nigerian youth as drivers of innovation, peace, and prosperity.

According to the Chairman, Board of Council Directors, Rotr. Amb. Odika Uzochukwu Franklin, the appointment is a “deliberate and strategic positioning of an icon of integrity and technical expertise to help shape NYWC’s youth-centered policy direction, advocacy, and developmental agenda.”

Bldr. Otubushin brings to NYWC’s board a wealth of experience in public-private engagement, infrastructure delivery, and human capacity development. Her influence will be instrumental in shaping the Council’s skills empowerment projects, gender mainstreaming strategies, and institutional growth frameworks both locally and globally.
