The Anambra First Nigeria Movement (AFNM) has reiterated its unwavering commitment to championing the interests, aspirations, and struggles of young people across Anambra State, while promoting justice, equity, and good governance ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking during a recent interview, the National Coordinator, Rotr Ambassador Odika Uzochukwu Nicolas Franklyn, emphasized that the movement remains dedicated to empowering youths, supporting grassroots development, and encouraging active citizen participation in the democratic process.

According to him, the organization is working tirelessly to ensure that the voices of young people are heard and represented at all levels of governance. He further noted that the movement stands firmly for fairness, transparency, and credible electoral processes throughout the state.

The National Coordinator also disclosed that the movement is engaging with various stakeholders and monitoring groups to encourage broad participation and observation during the electoral process, particularly in Nnewi South Constituency I, where political activities are already gathering momentum ahead of the upcoming House of Assembly elections.

Reports and political speculations within the constituency have also suggested the possibility that Rotr Ambassador Odika Uzochukwu Nicolas Franklyn may contest in the forthcoming elections. However, no official declaration has yet been made regarding his political ambitions.

The Anambra First Nigeria Movement called on youths, community leaders, and residents of the state to remain peaceful, law-abiding, and actively involved in shaping the future of Anambra through constructive engagement and democratic participation.
