Dear Mr. Chairman,

APPRECIATION FOR YOUR LEADERSHIP AND APPEAL FOR SUPPORT IN YOUTH PVC AWARENESS

On behalf of the Nigeria Youth World Council, the Awaken Youth Forum, the United Nigeria Youth Congress, and the Nigeria Association of Youth in Politics, I wish to sincerely express my profound appreciation for your exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Nnewi South Local Government Area.

Your administration has demonstrated a genuine passion for service through visible projects, people-oriented policies, and your dedication to improving the lives of our people. Across the communities of Nnewi South, your efforts continue to inspire hope and confidence in grassroots governance. Your transformational leadership is evident, and we commend you for the remarkable progress recorded under your administration.

As the Chairman, Board of Directors of the Nigeria Youth World Council, National Coordinator of the Awaken Youth Forum, Director of International Relations and Foreign Affairs of the United Nigeria Youth Congress, and National Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Association of Youth in Politics, I respectfully seek your continued support in promoting civic responsibility among our youths.

We are embarking on a grassroots campaign to encourage eligible young people throughout Nnewi South Local Government Area, particularly those in Utuh, to obtain their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC). Our focus is on:

Young men and women who have recently attained the age of 18 years and are eligible to register for the first time.

Those whose PVCs have been lost, damaged, or misplaced and need to apply for replacement.

The Permanent Voter’s Card is more than an electoral document; it is a symbol of active citizenship and the foundation of democratic participation. Empowering our youths to register today will enable them to shape the future of our communities tomorrow.

We therefore humbly appeal for your usual support by lending your voice, encouragement, and influence to this important civic campaign. Your endorsement will inspire many more young people to participate actively in the democratic process and contribute meaningfully to the continued development of Nnewi South.

Together, let us build a generation of responsible, informed, and patriotic young citizens who will continue to uphold the values of democracy, peace, and sustainable development.

Once again, thank you for your selfless service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the people of Nnewi South. We pray that Almighty God grants you greater wisdom, strength, and good health as you continue to serve our people with excellence.

Please accept the assurances of my highest esteem.

Yours faithfully,

Rotr. Ambassador Odika Uzochukwu Nicolas Franklyn
